Core Responsibilities

ZERO TOLERANCE: Fraud & Data Integrity
  • The use of VPNs, proxies, bots, or automated 'survey fillers' is strictly prohibited and results in an immediate, permanent ban.
  • We employ 'Trap Questions' and 'Speeding Analysis'. Responses found to be Low-Quality (gibberish, inconsistent, or too fast) will be rejected without compensation.
  • Creating multiple accounts to bypass survey limits is considered fraud and will result in forfeiture of all accrued balances.
Data Ownership & Compliance
  • You retain ownership of your Client Data; we act as a Processor to facilitate your research.
  • You must ensure all data collection complies with GDPR, CCPA, and industry-standard ethical guidelines (e.g., ESOMAR).
  • We implement enterprise-grade security to protect participant PII (Personally Identifiable Information).
Respondent Secrecy
  • Participants may see unreleased products or concepts. You are legally bound to prevent the sharing of survey screenshots or content.
  • Unauthorized disclosure of client survey material on social media is a material breach of these terms.

Standard Clauses

Definitions
  • “Services” means the Surventix sampling platform, hosting, and API data delivery.
  • “Client Data” means survey questions, logic, and respondent data generated through the platform.
  • “Active User” refers to any account with valid login credentials authorized by the Client.
Platform Usage Rights
  • You are granted a non-exclusive license to use Surventix for professional market research purposes.
  • You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, including third-party contractors.
  • Any attempt to reverse-engineer our sampling algorithms is strictly prohibited.
Fees & Incentives
  • Fees follow your Order Form. Late payments over 30 days may lead to service suspension.
  • Incentive payouts to respondents are subject to a 30-day quality validation window.
  • We reserve the right to claw back rewards if a respondent is later identified as a duplicate or fraudulent.
Data Retention & Deletion
  • We store data for up to 6 years for legal compliance unless a shorter period is requested in writing.
  • Post-termination, you have 60 days to request a full data export before records are permanently purged.
Limitation of Liability
  • Our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the incident.
  • We are not liable for business decisions made based on research data gathered via the platform.
Governing Law
  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
  • Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
